PAYMENTS we accept payments using paypal - a free service that is extremely quick and easy to use.
when we receive your order, it goes through a processing system which takes 1-3 days. after processing it is then packaged and dispatched with NZ POST. once shipped, you will received a confirmation email with a tracking number (NZ only). You can use this number to track your item.

$20 flat shipping worldwide - we keep the postage costs low for international orders.
we advise emailing email@example.com with your location first for approval, as much as we'd love to ship everywhere in the world, it's best to check first.
please be aware that if you have selected international postage, that we do not provide a tracking system. additionally, we have no control over the customs policy in your country and cannot promise a delivery time. however, if you don't receive within 14 days of shipping we will investigate and ensure you get your product.
the box. label will accept returns within 10 days of receiving your items. a full refund will be provided if the product is imperfect/faulty and must be unworn and in new condition.
if you change your mind, or incorrect sizing we can provide an exchange or online store credit - email: firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire to receive a RA number (return authorisation #) so the return can be processed accordingly.
if you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with proof of those costs. however, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
please allow up to two weeks in australia and new zealand and up to four weeks for UK and US for your return to arrive with us. once we have accepted and processed your return we will notify you using the email address provided with your original online order. once the refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
refunds will be processed once the box. label has inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. credit card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
the box. label is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, therefore we recommend that you securely package and return the item using registered mail. we are also not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without an RA number.
TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
if you were charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your original order, these taxes or duties are non-refundable through the box. label. we suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to enquire how these duties or taxes may be recovered for returned merchandise.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your garment has been couriered (NZ only). if you haven't received it - make sure you also check your JUNK folder for email.
your personal information will only be used by us to send you your purchases. we may also contact you from time to time to keep you up to date with our latest product drops. we will never pass on your information to a third party.
